I've been using a storage unit from Boxie24 for about a year now. A big advantage is that, unlike other storage companies, Boxie24 offers free pickup and delivery of goods, which definitely saves a lot of time at the end of the move. The provider is also relatively affordable. The only drawback is that the annual offer increases after a certain period, and you're not informed about this. Therefore, if you plan to use the unit for a long time, always check again about the pricing.

I had a great experience with Boxie. The customer service is perfect; you can call with any questions, and a response is provided immediately. I loved this feature as I prefer asking specific questions rather than spending 30-45 minutes searching for an answer online. They picked up my stuff for free from my address, and the people were very nice. The prices are low compared to other storage units on the market. There is a pickup fee if you want your stuff delivered, and a handling fee if you want to pick it up yourself, so check in advance to see how much it will cost based on your unit size. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend it!

Great service, easy to use, quick communication via email/phone, and door-to-door service for pick up and return of belongings. It was my first time using storage where they pick up/deliver belongings, so I was hesitant at first, but it turned out to be extremely convenient. My belongings returned safely and all in order. Would use again if needed!
