Do I always have access to my items in storage?
Yes, we pick up and deliver your items, typically within 24 hours. You can also make an appointment with us for self-delivery or self-pickup at our facility.
Does Boxie24 offer the pick-up service outside of the city?
Yes, we also offer our pick-up service in certain locations outside the city area. Give us a call and we can let you know in an instant if your desired location is offered.
Can I change the pickup or delivery date?
Yes. Just contact us and we will arrange a new date for your pickup or delivery free of charge. In case of late cancellations (48 hours before the appointment) we will have to charge a cancellation fee.
Do I have to be present for a pick-up or delivery appointment?
Yes. You will receive a text message when our drivers are heading your way. In case you want another person to represent you, please provide us with their name and contact information before the appointment.
We offer attractive discounts, based on the minimum storage period you choose:

Without air conditioning in our building the guys worked really hard and brought our stuff to the van. They were very helpful and I love that there is no physical paperwork.
Luis and his team showed up bright and early on Friday and carried out our 2 beds (one king size) dining table, 8 dining chairs, kitchen high chairs and sofa with ottoman. We also left clothing and garage utilities with them. The whole process went really smoothly. Kevin explained we were storing a llot and they would send three men. They were out of the house within 60 minutes, they delivered.
